Family Haven Hospitality LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates vacation rental homes at Massanutten Resort, Virginia, and the website familyhavenhospitality.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

- Guest WiFi: if you sign in to the guest WiFi at our homes, the sign-in page may collect your name and email address.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in or consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with service providers who help us deliver messages to you.
