How far are the homes from Massanutten Resort activities?
Both homes are located inside Massanutten Resort and are just minutes from skiing, the indoor/outdoor water park, golf, hiking trails, mountain biking, wineries, and family activities.
Are the homes family-friendly?
Absolutely. Both homes were designed with families and multi-generational groups in mind. You’ll find large gathering spaces, game rooms, cozy corners to relax, kid-friendly features, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded.
Do you allow pets?
Yes — both homes are pet-friendly with approval and applicable pet fees. We do have breed and quantity restrictions for insurance purposes.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Both homes have driveway parking available for multiple vehicles. Exact parking details will be included in your welcome guide before arrival.
Do the homes have Wi-Fi?
Yes — both properties offer high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming, remote work, and multiple devices.
What’s included during our stay?
We want your stay to feel comfortable, easy, and cared for from the moment you walk in. Both homes include fresh linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, stocked kitchens, coffee setups, and a generous supply of household essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap.
For extended stays or heavier group usage, additional supplies may be needed during your visit.
Is there a minimum age to book?
Yes. The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
Do you offer early check-in or late checkout?
Sometimes! We’re happy to accommodate when the schedule allows. Feel free to ask before your arrival, and we’ll do our best.
What happens if something goes wrong during our stay?

Adventure Haven accommodates up to 14 guests total and is best suited for up to 8 adults and 6 children. The bunk room is designed with families in mind, with full-size bunks intended for children sharing beds. The home can also comfortably accommodate up to 11 adults depending on your group setup.
What makes Adventure Haven unique?
Adventure Haven is all about fun, connection, and memory-making. Guests love the bunk room with the slide, arcade games, mini golf, basketball setup, hot tub, outdoor play areas, and the peaceful wooded setting where deer often wander through the yard.
Does Adventure Haven have a hot tub?
Yes! The private hot tub is available year-round.
Is there outdoor space to enjoy?
Definitely. Guests love the fire pit area, outdoor play set, deck spaces, and wooded surroundings.
Does Adventure Haven have EV charging?
Yes — there is an EV charger available for guest use.
